In the event of a warranty case, the manufacturer undertakes to replace the part or product with a new one or refund the money. Repairs and replacements are carried out at the manufacturer’s expense, except in situations where the product is not covered by the warranty.
The warranty repair period is up to 21 business days. The time starts from the moment the customer sends the product to the manufacturer’s address.
Warranty repairs are covered only for damage to the product caused by the manufacturer’s fault, and in the presence of a warranty card and a receipt for the purchase of the product.
In the absence of a warranty card with a hologram, as well as in the presence of an expert opinion on the improper use of the product, the manufacturer has the right to refuse to provide warranty service.
